  • Executes floor sets and shop floor replenishment, ensuring goods are received accurately, organized, and merchandised quickly to maximize sales potential and customer experience.
  • Maintains a luxury visual presentation in the shop at all times.  Partner with Corporate Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Architecture as necessary to ensure highest standards in the functioning and maintenance of shop fixtures.
  • Provides visual directive (e.g., folding and stocking standards) to Bloomingdale’s sales staff.  Maintains and labels stock room so product is easy to locate by Bloomingdale’s sales team. 
  • Facilitates weekly receiving and transfers in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures damaged and defective product is processed timely.
  • Ensures all inventory is tagged and priced accurately.
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of physical inventory counts and reconciliation as scheduled by Corporate Operations.
  • Liaises with the Bloomingdale’s Store Manager and, separately, Corporate Operations on operational issues on a weekly basis.
  • Identifies potential improvements to the shop and processes to maximize operational efficiency and selling.
  • Provides sales support as needed by assisting unattended clients or supporting sales staff with product from stock room.
  • May be called up on to lead product knowledge and brand awareness sessions with Bloomingdale’s sales staff and style advisors.
