Quality Control Auditor

OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION  

Quality Control Auditor is responsible for troubleshooting in all facets of apparel production. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measure garments before and after dye 
  • Check production color received against color standard 
  • Review TOPs and shipping samples before submitting for fitting 
  • Review Top and shipping sample comments and follow up with factory to implement any corrections 
  • Ensure garments are finished and packed as required by tech pack 
  • Understand bulk auditing procedure; AQL, measurements 
  • Inline inspections at external factories in local area
  • Communicate to manager on any delays in shipments to the warehouse 
  • All other duties assigned

PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

Work Experience: 

  • Experience in apparel sewing and apparel manufacturing process including garment dye

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

  • Must have reliable transportation to visit multiple vendors within a day 
  • Must have valid Driver's License and good driving record
