Front Desk Concierge

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing administrative support to the office population.  


Office Administration:

  • Receptionist coverage at front door entrance as needed
  • Answer and field general phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and take messages when appropriate
  • Oversee sorting and delivery of interoffice, incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate Fedex scheduling and ensure that the office is consistently replenished with necessary Fedex packaging
  • Coordinate messengers and delivery services for corporate staff as needed
  • Manage delivery requests and execution of messengers
  • Assist with inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling of conference room calendars
  • Assist Brand Curator to ensure that the office is appropriately prepared for executive meetings and high profile visitors
  • Support in communicating all office policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence by internal staff
  • Make recommendations to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth office operations

Administrative Support:

  • Update and maintain the Company’s store and employee address book in partnership with the IT Department
  • Provide administrative support to Brand Curator and/or Departments in need
  • Assist with tracking office supplies and their respective budget
  • Assist with sourcing qualified vendors appropriate for the James Perse brand
  • Assist with management of costs
  • Provide hospitality
  • Serve beverages to visitors and guests
  • Maintain general kitchen inventory including coffee service
  • Create and maintain archive for Brand Curator, Design, and limited edition samples, fabric swatches, materials, etc.
  • Perform other projects, as assigned


Special Skills:  

  • Must have strong computer skills (MS Office).
  • Foreign language skills a plus.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
