Email & Retention Marketing Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day Email, SMS, and other Remarketing channels
  • Partnering with creative team, building campaigns within BlueCore ESP & Attentive SMS. 
  • Build out and refine customer segmentation modeling across Email & SMS
  • Own retention KPIs, including but not limited to: one-time vs. repeat purchase, email open rates, click through rates, conversion rates, Average Order Value, Lifetime Value
  • Drive repeat orders and revenue through Email, S<S, and other marketing channels to drive customer retention and LTV.
  • Maintain Ecommerce marketing calendar, which details all marketing initiatives by day.
  • Understand the metrics for retention marketing channels contributing to a plan and understand when plans are under-performing; lead teams in identifying areas of weakness in the plans in order to course correct.
  • Develop weekly reports and present each week to the leadership team to track results and spend of all campaigns.
  • Drive A/B test agenda, including design, KPI definition, implementation, and measurement.
  • Leveraging marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows.
  • Managing day to day relationships with Affiliate Program.
  • Partner with Merchandising & Creative to identify key marketing items in advance of season.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years with Email & SMS experience, preferably with BlueCore and Attentive
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant ecommerce email marketing experience.
  • Must possess a strong background in identifying, implementing, managing, and analyzing high volume B2C email marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging, campaign tracking, and deliverability.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative.
