Collaborate in managing the planning process to meet volume, profit and overall inventory objectives.



  • Partner with Merchandising and Planning teams to create and implement merchandise plans
  • Develop and execute strategies for product in accordance with financial plans, store attributes, and inventory turn objectives.
  • Analyze and call out risks/opportunities to sales and profitability at all levels of the business
  • Manage weekly reports to support data driven business decisions
  • Create monthly buys which support core business programs
  • Act as a primary point person for corporate and ad hoc reporting
  • Assist in managing corporate inventory levels on a daily basis by recognizing and acting on inventory surplus risks
  • Manage and maintain purchase order tracking and accuracy
  • Special projects as assigned




  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of Merchandise Planning, Allocation, Replenishment and or Financial planning
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking
  • Highly organized with an exacting attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects



  • 1-3 years prior experience merchandise planning, allocations, financial planning, business analytics, and or strategy planning
  • Retail industry preferred



  • BA degree or equivalent experience
