James Perse is currently hiring an Demand Planner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage 6-12 month forecasts for  assortments including RMs and Finished goods- update monthly and periodically as needed
  • Maintain size distribution for all region/channels
  • Execute forecasting and production pipeline for total company QR/core roll-ups, margin accountability and style/color productivity metrics to meet team, channel, region, and company needs/goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in product/style ranking and make recommendations to ramp up or down based on sales trends
    • Communicate risks and opportunities
    • YOY Trend/sales analysis, manage product mix and comp-style mapping
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

  • Must be proficient in excel and general accounting knowledge is required.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Full Circle experience a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree
