Product Development Coordinator

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR FOR OUR DOWNEY LOCATION

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The Production Development Coordinator will communicate with production, design, and development to assist with new projects, manage timelines, collect samples, and review product designs while working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sample tracking including issuing shipping labels and logging all samples received
• Issue shipping labels to vendors for packages being shipped domestically and internationally
• Receive and log all incoming packages and distribute them to team members
• Maintain and organize all fit samples and dropped samples archive
• Organize and file bulk fabric cuttings seasonally
• Assist with other PD related tasks as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree 

EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in Excel
• Full Circle knowledge not required but a plus

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Team-player. Able to assist with department needs as necessary
• Strong proactive communication skills and attention to detail

PAY TRANSPARENCY

This position pays $22.00 per hour.
