WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A TEMPORARY PRODUCTION COORDINATOR FOR OUR DOWNEY OFFICE LOCATION

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end production process, ensure on-time delivery of goods, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT 

  • Request, follow up and track samples needed for wholesale showroom samples and photoshoot samples. 
  • Clean and organize: Fabric folders, vault samples, sample sale, sample racks when it’s time to make space / room for the new upcoming seasons.
PRODUCTION FABRIC FOLLOW UP
  • Send out color standards for piece dye fabrics / follow up with 1st L/D submits.
  • Review lab dips with design and communicate approve/ comments to vendors.
  • Review and approve bulk cuttings: Gather swatches for fabric files, confirm width, weight, and ensure quality of fabric meets the standard.
  • Gather and archive bulk cuttings that are received from mills seasonally.
  • Send bulk fabric references to vendors.
  • Run fabric status reports: Monthly or when necessary. Follow up on bulk cutting incoming dates for review as well as when they ship out to vendor. Make sure invoices and quantity match the original order. Updated excel report for everyday use.
  • Communicate with mills to confirm bulk cuttings are sent on time and track actual bulk fabric ship date as well as yardages.
FULL CIRCLE SET UP
  • Set up wholesale line in Full Circle: Men’s and Women’s

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in apparel production o fashion supply chain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Full Circle experience is a plus. 

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task. 
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow through. 

PAY TRANSPARENCY 

This position pays $25.00 per hour.
